taking journalism to the next level

The time has come for bloggers and journalists of the liberal left to unite!

And make the world a better place.

Which we will.

It is early in the morning, and I have to go to work soon, which is very boring, but before I left, I wanted to post a few words about a new website that I will be contributing to.

A group of us on the liberal left will be working with Sunny Hundal of Pickled Politics fame on a new website called liberalconspiracy. I will be expanding on the reasons why this project has come to pass: suffice to say at this point that we're all very tired of neocons ruling the world and rightwing bloggers like Guido and Iain Dale acting like rightwing politicians and bloggers are useful to the planet in some way (meaning no disrespect).

I will personally be pursuing subjects like women's rights and the importance of unrestricted access to abortion. Will also be covering trade union issues, etc.

Will write more on this later today.
